Because we left the top hatch cracked, salt water got on the bed while sailing to Monterey. 😱 After fresh water to dilute the salt out and 3 days of sun and a space heater it is finally dry! We’ll be keeping a very close eye on it for mold and smells. 🙃

Thoughtfully reducing the number of silverware needed to be washed! It’s so important on a boat 🤪

San Francisco and Sausalito you were a blast! We made friends, saw amazing places, cool history, and stayed longer than we thought we would.

On the move overnight...

Short hop over the Aquatic Park Cove for a bit. Super cool being anchored right off downtown SF.

Each day we continue on our journey to full time cruising. Today was another glimpse of what we are moving towards as we worked, swam during lunch, baked beer bread in the solar oven, and watched the sunset and the full moon rise. A lovely Friday the 13th. 💕

I left the boat midday @ 60% battery life and came back several hours later @ 99.7%. So it hit full at some point and then drained a tiny bit after the sun went down. Super happy! I finally got the charge controllers, wiring, etc for the solar panels finished last night and it’s all …
