We were entering Puerto Santo Tomas and got caught in kelp, wrapping the prop and getting stuck in the rudder. I dove on it to cut it off, and things are now cleared. We’re skipping Puerto Santo Tomas because after getting close enough to see what it looked like, the swell is still pretty big and wrapping around the point here, making it an uncomfortable anchorage for the night. So now we’re turning this day hop into an overnighter and moving on to San Quintin (Bahia Santa Maria), arriving tomorrow morning.
