Left this morning from Santo Domingo for Isla San Carlos. Haven’t arrived quite yet, but we caught fish! Skipjack (26 in), and our first Mahi Mahi (33.5 in).
Karri put out the lines, Kirsten pulled in the fish, Graham gaffed them and bled them, Karri filleted them. Then the kids had a biology lesson as we dissected the Mahi. Everyone is excited for sushi tonight!
