Mini update: finally have all the blue paint dust speckles left over from sandblasting removed from the hull. Our sides are again a lovely white with two blue stripes. We are inching towards being able to barrier coat the bottom and keel.
One a side note, a lovely male hummingbird crashed into our neighbor’s boat and fell to the gravel. We were astonished as it lay in the gravel stunned. So stunned that I was able to pick it up with a 2 inch stick and it sat there. And of course, no picture before it was able to fly away to its mate. Pretty sure it was an Anna’s Hummingbird.
