Today we left Grand Canyon amd meandered our way around. We meant to go to Valley of the Gods, but missed the turn off and ended up at Red Mesa where were ran into a dust storm. So we turned around and ended up at Monument Valley bypassing g Valley of the Gods because of the lightning, thunder, and rain at work.
We decided to treat ourselves and checked into a cabin inside Monument Valley and it’s awesome.
Aside from getting bitten by a fire ant on my little toe 🤬, the day has been fabulous.
