Valley of the Gods
We left Monument Valley and meandered our way south to see it from the other side. It is a truly stunning place.
Then we headed to Valley of the Gods which is best done in dry weather, especially if you are in a minivan. We went through a few wet spots of sticky clay. To avoid getting stuck we industriously packed the deep ruts from other vehicles with flat rocks. Only spun a few times. Pulsito (yep, named the minivan) has a few badges of honor, mostly on the under carriage.
